Terms and conditions
Article 1 – Identity
These terms and conditions apply to the services of:

Hereinafter referred to as “Zevira Group”.
Article 2 – Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and services of Zevira Group.
- By accepting a quotation or placing an order, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
- Any deviation is valid only when agreed in writing.
Article 3 – Services
- Zevira Group provides services including websites, web design, online marketing and related digital services.
- The scope of the services is described in the quotation or order confirmation.
- Zevira Group performs each assignment carefully and to the best of its ability.
- Any schedule or delivery date is an estimate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Article 4 – Quotations
- Quotations are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
- A quotation remains valid for 30 days from its date.
- The agreement takes effect once the client accepts the quotation in writing or digitally.
- Obvious errors in a quotation are not binding.
Article 5 – Client obligations
- The client provides all information, files, copy, images and other materials required for the assignment.
- The client warrants that supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights.
- Delays caused by late information or approval from the client may lead to a revised schedule.
- The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of supplied information.
Article 6 – Prices and payment
- All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
- In the event of late payment, Zevira Group may temporarily suspend its work.
- Collection and administrative costs resulting from payment arrears may be charged to the client.
- Recurring services, such as hosting or maintenance, are invoiced according to the quotation.
Article 7 – Changes and additional work
- Changes outside the original assignment may be charged as additional work.
- Zevira Group will, where possible, inform the client of the costs in advance.
- Additional work is carried out after the client has approved it.
Article 8 – Delivery and feedback
- The client may provide feedback on delivered work.
- Feedback must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Minor corrections within the original assignment are carried out in accordance with the agreed terms.
- New requests or substantial changes may be treated as additional work.
Article 9 – Intellectual property
- Copyright in designs, copy, code and other materials created by Zevira Group remains with Zevira Group unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- After full payment, the client receives the right to use the work for the agreed purpose.
- The client may not sell, copy or make the work available to third parties without permission.
- Third-party materials such as stock images, fonts or plug-ins may be subject to separate licence terms.
Article 10 – Liability
- Zevira Group performs its work carefully but cannot guarantee that a website or digital service will always operate without errors or interruption.
- Zevira Group is not liable for damage caused by incorrect information, changes made by the client or failures at third-party providers.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant assignment unless the law provides otherwise.
- This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness.
Article 11 – Duration and termination
- An agreement for a one-off assignment ends after delivery and payment.
- An agreement for recurring services may be terminated with one month’s notice unless otherwise agreed.
- In cases of serious breach or payment arrears, Zevira Group may terminate or suspend the agreement.
Article 12 – Complaints
Complaints about the services must be reported in writing to [email protected] as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after discovery. Zevira Group will seek to resolve complaints within a reasonable period.
Article 13 – Governing law
All agreements with Zevira Group are governed by Dutch law. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through consultation. If that is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
